One of my deepest regrets in the current evolution of yoga is the idea that one must be flexible to join a class or engage in practice. This is not so! Yoga goes beyond the body and is deeply rooted in the mind and breath. I love teaching powerful vinyasa classes, but I also love the other side of yoga, the quiet side. There are so many aspects and benefits of the practice that go beyond the physical body. My classes range from fun and flowing to deep relaxing restorative. I cater my class to my students and aim to open this beautiful practice up to anyone who is willing to show up. I'll see you on the mat!

Private and Convenient Private One-on-One Yoga

It can be very intimidating walking into a large studio with students at full capacity who may appear to be more "experienced" than you. If you are a beginner and would like an introduction to yoga, I highly recommend private sessions, especially to avoid injury. This ensures you get the proper attention and alignment that can be difficult in a full studio environment. In the privacy and convenience of your own home, I can guide you into the practice of yoga so that you have the tools to step into the studio or continue with your own practice. As well, if you are an experienced yogi and want to take your practice further, I focus on your individual physical, emotional and spiritual needs to dive deeper into your practice.

Share the Experience Private Group Yoga

Similar to one-on-one sessions, I offer a yoga class in an intimate small group environment. Here, you will still get the attention you need individually in the comfort of your home. As well, you can share the experience with family or friends to enhance your practice.

Nutrition Nutrition and Wellness Consultation Services

As an RHN, my approach to nutrition and the body focuses on the prevention and treatment of illness and disease naturally through whole foods. I aim to balance the body so my clients feel more energized and ready to take on life’s daily challenges. My goal is to get you to your own wellness goals with delicious recipes to nourish, energize and revitalize you from the inside out. My services address issues such as: rebalancing the body systems, hormone balancing, pre and post-natal, exhaustion, weight-loss, detoxification, disease and illness prevention and more!

Start Eating The Right Way Nutritional Counseling

Initial Consultation: (60-90 mins) One-on-One in the comfort of your home. In your first Holistic Nutritional consultation, we will evaluate the core of any issues based on a lifestyle questionnaire and your own food logs prepared for the first visit. We will examine your individual needs and goals to determine a customized health plan for you. Follow-Up Consultations: (45 mins) Following your first consultation, we will meet to assess progress, address what is working for you/what isn’t, new goals, and any further steps.

Workplace Seminars Corporate Nutrition and Wellness

Lunch-and-Learn hour presentations: Food and dietary choices can play a large part of stress. My lunch-hour seminars will educate your employees on how to eat properly in order to get through the workday – whatever their hours may be. My seminars are tailored to corporate offices wanting to improve the health of their employees and address concerns specific to your office setting. Individual and group setting seminars are available.

Stress Management Corporate Yoga

Sometimes, in a busy workday there is simply no time to leave the office for yoga, distress and unwind before tackling more stress. So, I come to you! Stress management is the key to improving employee productivity, reducing work-related mental health issues, and builds strong morale within the workplace. In-office yoga is an excellent way to address these issues, introduce yoga/maintain a practice, and escape from the workday, even for an hour.

Whichever season of life you are currently in, everyone has the right to feel the best they can possibly feel. My specialty services are available to all. These programs include yoga for seniors, pre and post-natal, and integrative yoga and nutrition programs. Individual, group, and wellness retreats are customizable to your specific needs.

Withdraw From Stress Wellness Retreat Programs

A retreat is an opportunity for you to withdraw from the stresses of everyday work and even sometimes your personal life, reconnect with your mind, body and spirit, and essentially recharge. Retreats are also a way for corporate groups to develop team bonding and reset from work life. My retreat programs are planned according to the goal of the individual, corporation or group. Activities include yoga, meditation, nutritional seminar, catered food, and additional activities that can be added such as reiki, massage, reflexology and more.

Nurture Your Body Pre and Post-Natal Yoga

My prenatal yoga classes are focused on preparing the mother’s body for birth, but also for allowing the body to move, stretch and grow. This way you can stay fit, learn breathing techniques, and connect with your baby and body as you prepare for this journey. My post-natal classes can include baby, or we can work towards your fitness and de-stress goals as a new mother.

Online Services

Whether it is yoga, nutrition, or both, my services are available online. If you are always on the move, traveling, living long-distance, or simply can’t make it out to meet, we will arrange for a time to meet in 'cyberspace' and squeeze in that yoga or nutrition consultation session! This will be done via Skype.
