Magic Energy Balls
These are a great option for those with busy lifestyles. You can keep them in the freezer and de-thaw when needed. They are packed with protein and super foods. Play around with the ingredients to see what works best for you. Enjoy!
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons of raw honey
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
Optional Super-Food Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon of maca root powder
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Combine in a bowl/blender/food processor. Mix well until the dry and wet ingredients have come to a more solid consistency. (You may have to play around with the additional ingredient amounts). Roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Leave in the freezer for a couple hours, or overnight. Then, they are ready to eat!
